Description:

Outcomes: The successful candidate will lead the strategic and tactical initiatives of the supply chain

with a focus on production planning, quality management and assurance, product data management, and compliant manufacturing

processes and information technology solutions in a medical device environment.

-Responsible for all aspects of the

development and implementation of assigned projects.
-Manages projects from project Initiation through Close.

-Defines project scope and objectives, develops detailed work packages, schedules, project
estimates, resource plans,

and status reports.
-Will lead and direct the work of others.
-Communicates project status to all stakeholders

of a project.
-Provides mentoring, technical, and analytical guidance to team.
-Requires a bachelor's degree

or equivalent in a related area and generally 10+ years of
experience.
-Possesses the ability to work and make

decisions independently.
-Uses people, process, and information technology to ensure that the customer's business

needs
are satisfied.
-Collaborates with all levels of business resources including outside consultants to

QUALIFICATIONS

& EDUCATION:

BS in computer-related or other technical field required. Masters degree and/or some advanced

training a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

Multiple years of work experience and full successful project lifecycles in SAP

QM and Compliant Manufacturing (PP/PI) project management or systems analysis that demonstrates the ability to enhance and

support the installed base of software and processes.

SAP MM/PP/PI/QM/PLM configuration skills.

Experience

with the SAP R/3 4.7 Quality Management (QM) and Compliant Manufacturing (PP/PI) is essential to this position, utilizing SAP

R/3 4.7 PI Sheets, XML Style sheets, cockpits, and the associated data configurations to support the

processes.

Medical device manufacturing operations experience including the thorough understanding of manufacturing

execution workflow processes.

Successful in demonstrating a recognized expertise in the ability to understand and use

information technology to satisfy business requirements.

A high level of computer literacy in Company standard

desktop packages (i.e. Microsoft Office).

An understanding of information technology hardware such as industrial data

collection devices and peripherals such as printers and bar code readers is a must.

PMBOK knowledge and the ability

to successfully manage and deliver quality projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Knowledge of FDA quality

system requirements for medical devices in the manufacturing environment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

This position

functions in a normal office environment that requires the ability to interface with standard office equipment such as

computers, printers, copiers, fax, telephones, etc. Position will spend periods of time sitting, standing, walking, etc., as

part of the normal conduct of daily business affairs.
