SAP Traveller: Everyone is an Elite and the Three way model!

I am travelling consultant so I will include

my experiences of my travels also in this blog!

This morning when I came to the gate - they announced that except for

the First Class, rest will go by seat numbers.

Not Elite first?

No! because except for 7 passengers ALL are

Elite!!

So what do you do when all around you is an Elite... and being privileged is NO MORE A privilege?? You

just go normal!

I am a contractor and this consulting firm that I am working for .. is implementing a three way model

- One team for Business Analysis, another for Design of the system.. and third for the BUILD! Now in such a model NONE

understands the system completely.. so no one really grows up.. everyone has just a part of the elephant in his

hand...

Except for the partner.. no one benefits! The client loses money, the team members cant learn much... and the

project leads keep getting confused!

This one day is a microcosm for the world at large as we face it today. Clarity

combined with brevity and Humility are critical!!
