SAP MODULE; TRAINING; PLACEMENT

Hi All,
I am very impressed with the vast opinions and knowledge gained here. I am just thinking to get started in SAP (Functional Side) career in the USA where I reside. I have an MBA from Caifornia and 7 years of combined sales experience in business development and retail in the USA. I have the following questions:
1. Which module should I choose i.e. which is easiest to learn and which has the best demand.
2. There are a lot of SAP training companies on the internet offering free training and guaranteed placement. Which one shall I choose. Any Names or Recommendations please. Especially I would love to hear from Placed Allumni of these SAP training companies.
3. What is the best way to get gauranteed placement after SAP training, which I believe is 4-6 weeks or 40-60 hours.
