Overview
Our client is a global leader in semiconductors, and we are looking for an experienced HRIS Team Lead who will be responsible for the strategic development and support of the SAP Human Resource (HR) module. The position requires the lead to work closely with HR senior management in developing IT strategies and implementing those strategies timely and cost effectively.

Duties
•Work with senior management to develop long-term strategic plans for the deployment of IT solutions to meet business needs
•Provide overall direction for the HR business area within the IT Application’s group
•Analyze business processes and design and implement system solutions to support HR business processes
•Support existing HR applications ensuring responsiveness and quality of deliverables
•Manage HR projects to successful deployment
•Lead and mentor a team in providing HR support to the business community
•Contribute to the development of the Project Management Office

Position Skills Requirements
•Thorough understanding of SAP HR functionality and configuration, specifically in the areas of Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Benefits, Compensation Management and basic Payroll.
•Ability to perform all tasks in the software implementation cycle, including business process definition, configuration and unit testing, support of user acceptance testing and post-live support.
•Experience with SAP 4.6c / ECC 5.0
•Experience leading IT teams

•Experience working in a global organization
•Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
•Communicate effectively with staff and colleagues in individual and group settings.
•Strong understanding of project implementation methodology and software development.

Education Requirements
Appropriate undergraduate degree or technical training required. (i.e. Computer Science, Business, Engineering etc.). Graduate degree a plus (MBA, Masters in Computer Science)
