SAP Archiving Architect

As SAP Information Lifecycle (Archiving) Architect you’ll provide practical experience of archiving system implementations which have involved business scenarios of ERP.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for designing the ERP Archiving Architecture as part of the whole SAP landscape.

The role of Information Lifecycle (Archiving) Architect will be a key position within the EVO IT department.
Your main responsibilities as SAP Information Lifecycle (Archiving) Architect will involve:
• Ensuring integration of archiving architecture into a single solution for in-scope OpCos
• To ensure integration of different products used for archiving at the in-scope OpCos into a single solution
• Ensuring successful design of Enterprise Systems against requirements, within IT solutions. Responsible for designing the product solution
• Acting as technical design authority for IT Solutions, using deep product knowledge and expertise of SAP Architecture to assist other teams when necessary
• Fourth-line support –product technical authority
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Ability to work across multiple countries, cultures and business operating models
• Provide expertise to Country Delivery teams in Analysis, Design and Build phases
• Responsible for cooperating with other IT ERP departments
Your skills and qualifications as SAP Information Lifecycle (Archiving) Architect will ideally include:
• Practical experience of archiving system implementations that have involved business scenarios of ERP
• A thorough background in SAP Architecture. Knowledge in archiving applications including specification and configuration would be preferable
• Good knowledge of Vodafone's current IT Operations, processes and policies would be useful
• It will be a significant advantage if you have experience in migration exercises for archiving that involve the merging of data from multiple, and preferably heterogeneous, systems at Vodafone.
What we will be looking for in you:
To be successful you’ll ideally have a good understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application for archiving is required, with particular focus in the Supply Chain, Finance, and Human Capital areas.
