ERP Programmer/Analyst (E-Recruiting)

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Ensure each functional area's incorporated in the best practice design
• Work with HR Leadership to obtain sign-off for HR process design and policies and procedures by stakeholders from all business segments
• Manage design and/or revise relevant policies and procedures.
• Build solutions in HR
• Work with the technical team to translate business requirements for indirect procurement.
• Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new systems and process
• Assist in gap analysis
• Review and adopt new functionality
• Review process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible
• Configure system settings according to business requirements and document all configuration
• Execute and document Unit, Functional, Integration and Parallel Testing
• Define User Authorization profiles and security roles
• Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team
• Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications
• Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation
• Work with other teams to ensure an integrated end-to-end solution is delivered ¬
• Report delays and risks to team leads ¬
• Assist in identifying data to be cleansed ¬
• Assist in developing and updating detailed team project plan
• Adhere to project standards

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of three years of functional and technical experience implementing, supporting or analyzing e-Recruiting 6.0
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 implementation and functional requirements
• Public School System e-Recruitment experience for a minimum of two successful implementations
• Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical expertise to a variety of business and technical partners
• Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively
ALSO:
• Additional experience in the HR/Payroll modules a plus
• Excellent knowledge of ABAP Object, Business Server Pages, ABAP Web Dynpro, Workflow, Smartforms and ALE preferred
