Career for a fresher

I am a BE in electronics with around 5 years of sales experience in Telecom/non-telecom field.

i am confused over following career options in terms of investment ( in money & time) & the job opprtunities in India for the same in 2008-2009.

1. CCNA + CCSP
2 SAP module ( please suggest the module suited for my profile)

Kindly request you all to suggest me the right career path.

Also, can anybody explain the process of implementation from realization to post production and what are the documents involved in the entire process. If possible pls let me know the site where i can get the relevant information
